Insight Systems Exchange (ISE) offers secure and professional data destruction services for companies and organizations of all sizes. Hard Drive Shredding
ISE is capable of destroying hard drives, tapes, USB drives, and telephones nationwide. All shredded materials are securely disposed of through the Zero Landfill, Zero Export treatment. We can also handle de-installation of hard drives from your existing equipment.
Certified Destruction
All data received into our chain-of-custody will be entered into an electronic inventory using a bar code system. Upon completion, we use this inventory list to create a Certificate of Destruction, which serves as your official record of all data and documents that were destroyed.
Transportation
To ensure the safety of all customer data and electronic equipment during transportation to our Technology Center, ISE has partnered with Federal Express Secure Transportation. This partnership allows us to ensure the safety of all contents being shipped, as well as discount the cost of shipping and pass the savings on to you!
Flexibility
Every customer has unique data destruction needs and ISE can handle the requirements of small to large organizations. We offer a full line of data wiping services on various product types and brands.
ISE can perform the data destruction services at the ISE Technology Center in Garden Grove, California, or on-site at the customer facility. This minimizes the chain-of-custody during the process.
Security
Our 44,000 sq. ft. Technology Center is equipped with a video surveillance system that increases the security of your materials while they are being stored and processed at our facility. We can also provide video documentation of the destruction process or have a representative be a witness on site.
E-Waste and Disposal Services
Organizations often have computers, servers, monitors, and other IT equipment they no longer want or need. Proper disposal of this e-waste is very important for your company and the environment.
ISE Disposal Services is designed to help you handle this need properly. We follow all state, federal and EPA regulations of disposal methods. We provide next-day pickups of unwanted equipment in your facility and can perform data destruction on all required items.
One great way ISE handles discarded IT equipment is to recycle it. Our team of trained and certified technicians will refurbish the machines and resell them to organizations in need of affordable computers and IT equipment.
